Among our choice of accommodation in Périgord Noir, our comfortable cottages are ideal for your Dordogne holiday. Modern and well equipped they sleep 2 to 8 people.
They are surrounded by nature, a few steps from the river, our swimming pools and our campsite services and facilities.
Depending on what suits you, you can stay from a minimum of 2 nights. In the summer season, you can stay from a minimum of 6 nights, starting on Wednesdays or Saturdays.

Cottages Confort plus
The 20 cottages are spread throughout the campsite and are all near to different facilities, the river or the gardens.
The Bellevue
The five cottages live up to their name. They are set along the river bank. The good life inside and out. A shady track near your terrace leads to walks along the river.
Privilege
Life is made easy in the Privilege cottages: there is a fully equipped kitchen and house linen is provided. Those little extras which make them an ideal rental for group of family holidays. These 12 cottages are in a peaceful setting, near to the river.
Taos Premium
In a private oriental garden, the 4 Taos are spacious with top of the range equipment. Their large terraces are adorned with sweet smelling plants. A footpath takes you to a private car park, 10 metres away.
Life
Accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility. Its large, shady terrace has an access ramp. To make your holiday in the Dordogne easier, it is situated near to the services and facilities.

Walking and swimming in the heart of the Perigord noir
Le Paradis campsite is situated next to the Vézère, between Montignac and les Eyzies. This makes it an ideal departure point for riverside activities. From the jetty you can paddle a canoe or walk along the shady banks. To enjoy the river from your terrace, a Bellevue cottage is the place for you.
The campsite itself is a great place to walk in and explore. A beautiful landscaped garden, full of flowers and trees. In the aromatic garden, everyone is invited to pick fruits, vegetables and herbs.
Great activities for you and your children
The campsite’s 8 hectares give children a wonderful sense of freedom. As they explore in a pedal kart they are sure to bump into future friends. Canoes, bikes, tennis, ball games … there is something to please everyone among the campsite activities.
As soon as the campsite is open, the camping team offers activities for both younger and older children.
What equipment is provided in the mobile homes (crockery, bed linen, etc.)?
Crockery and cutlery are provided.
Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided.

What time can we arrive?
You can arrive throughout the day. You have access to all campsite services. Mobile homes are available from 3pm.
What to do if you arrive late?
In the event of late arrival, outside reception opening hours, please call 05 53 50 72 64. We will leave the access map and your key at reception in an envelope with your name on it.
What time must the mobile home be vacated?
The mobile home must be vacated by 10am. We ask you to make an appointment at reception for the inventory of fixtures.
When renting accommodation, do I have to leave a deposit?
A deposit is required for each rental. This will be returned to you on your departure after the mobile home has been checked by a member of our team.
Is cleaning included in the rental price?
No. Cleaning is not included in the rental price. When you book, you can opt for the cleaning package, which can vary from €90 to €130 depending on your accommodation category. The cleaning package does not exclude returning the mobile home in a suitable condition: dishes clean and tidy, kitchen area clean, rubbish emptied into containers, barbecue cleaned…
Is there a television in the rentals?
Rentals are not equipped with television, except for the Premium Taos Cottages (cottage) and the Houses (houses). We do not offer televisions for rental.
Are the rental properties non-smoking?
Yes, all our rentals are non-smoking.
Are pets allowed in mobile homes?
Yes, pets are welcome in all mobile homes except Cottage Life.
